4th of July Celebration

The 2023 Fourth of July Fireworks Celebration was a huge success and a meaningful night for the Cameron Wood community and Xander’s Acts of Kindness Foundation.

 

Families gathered at the neighborhood field to enjoy food trucks, raffles, community fun, local draft beer from Charlotte Beer Collective, and a spectacular fireworks show in celebration of Independence Day. Charlotte Beer Collective was once again a huge help and valued foundation partner, generously supporting the event and helping make the evening even more special for the community. One of the biggest highlights of the night was the toy drive for Levine Children’s Hospital. Attendees were encouraged to bring a new toy to donate, and the response was incredible.

 

Thanks to the generosity of the community, the foundation collected hundreds of toys, along with many additional donations, to help bring comfort and smiles to children receiving care at the hospital. We are also so thankful for the friends and board members who helped secure amazing raffle items, making the event even more successful.
