Xander’s Acts of Kindness Foundation has been honored to participate in the Fork Cancer event since 2023 as one of the cancer-related charities selected for this meaningful celebration of life and support for the cancer community.
Founded by Chef Mark Allison, former Dean of Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University, FORK Cancer was created in memory of his wife, Alison, who passed away from Stage-Four Carcinoid Syndrome.
The event brings together top chefs, food lovers, cancer warriors, and supporters for an evening centered around food, community, and hope.The Fork Cancer Dinner Party features gourmet tastings, appetizers, a four-course meal created by talented chefs, live music and entertainment, silent auctions, inspiring stories, and a shared celebration of life.
