Art With Purpose
Xander’s Acts of Kindness Foundation is honored to host Painting for Cancer, a meaningful art experience for children and their mothers led by Charlotte abstract oil artist Heidi Kirschner. Through this special event, Xander’s kids are given the opportunity to express themselves creatively, spend meaningful time with their moms, and create beautiful original artwork with guidance from a talented local artist. Some of the finished pieces have later been auctioned at the FORK Cancer event, helping raise money for the pediatric cancer charities selected to benefit from the fundraiser. This event is a beautiful reminder that creativity can bring comfort, connection, and purpose while supporting families and children impacted by cancer.
